Contingency Search

  • No financial commitment is required to initiate the search.
  • The fee is a percentage of the candidate's first-year earnings
  • The fee is due when the candidate starts employment.
  • A traditional way, yet very effective way, to add top talent to your organization.

Priority Search - Exclusive Agreement w/Client

  • National Account Manager along with a Project Leader and a Project Assistant/Recruiter commits dedicated time to completing the search.
  • In depth screening of candidates, preferably in person.
  • Clients are given exclusivity to candidates.
  • The fee is a percentage of the candidate's first-year earnings.
  • An agreed upon time table is required to initiate the search. A position profile is developed and the exact search process is determined.
  • The fee is due when the candidate starts employment.

Engagement Search

  • A team consisting of a National Account Manager, a Project Leader and 3 Research Assistants/Recruiters along with a Network of 17 other offices dedicated to full completion of the search.
  • Screening of candidates is in person, whenever possible.
  • The fee is a percentage of the candidate's first-year earnings.
  • The first one-third of the fee is paid to initiate the search. A position profile is developed and the desired target market is identified. The search process is decided upon and a commitment made to deliver the top candidate in the market.
  • The second-third of the fee is due upon the submittal of the short list of qualified candidates, after thorough review with the client.
  • The final third is paid when the candidate starts employment.
